Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

For all Shipments in India, will be shipped at standard rate mentioned during the check-out. For Shipments outside India, please do get in touch with us for justified pricing and solutions. 

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 2 days after receipt of complete payment. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday. Both are subject to receipt of complete payment. The Products are shipped from Mumbai. If customer wants to hand carry the same, can be collected from the address mentioned at not shipping charges. 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders Taxes

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, upon request, POD can be provided. However, usually the product gets delivered in India within 2/3 days and request you to have patience. However, sometime due to unusual unforeseen circumstance, the delivery may get delayed. We will however ensure the the Product reaches you.
